For me, the perfect Sky Cabin stands in the heart of the desert in the American Southwest. Step outside, and you can enjoy the clear skies—perfect for stargazing. I’ve looked up for over 20 years—sometimes with astronomy groups, often on my own.

Inside this minimalist cabin you’ll find a fireplace, a shelf of books, two wooden chairs, a sandglass, two stones, and a table waiting for conversation.
Sometimes I bring my laptop to write and listen to Perfect Music. But the idea here is to focus on words, thoughts, and reflection. Maybe even watch the slow pouring of sand through the glass.
Marcus Aurelius once spoke of retreating within to study one’s thoughts.
That is exactly what this place is: an inner retreat.
So I invite you to sit by the fire, look out at the desert sky, and reflect with me on the mysteries of life.
